10/10. I didn't even realize how much tension I was carrying before, until I noticed the difference when I got off the table. The entire experience was so calming, from start to finish, and the pressure was JUST RIGHT. Can't wait ‘til my next appointment.

Getting there was easy, and from the moment I entered the room, I felt a sense of calm. The space was simple but very inviting — no clutter, tasteful artwork on the walls, cool air conditioning, and a faint relaxing aroma that immediately helped me settle in.
The massage pressure was the right amound not painful;I felt the tension being worked through. Before my body even started to relax, my mind was already getting its own relaxation exercise. I was able to choose the music, which added a personal touch to the experience. I slept that night, which is awesome since I am dealing with insomnia.
At the end, I was treated to a refreshing glass of infused water, which was a lovely way to finish the session. Overall, it was a peaceful and calming experience, and I’m happy I took the time to do something for myself.
